FIXED-TERM POSITION OF PROFESSOR IN LAND USE AND PROPERTY LEGISLATION FOR THE TIME PERIOD 1.1.2024–31.1.2027

Applications are hereby invited for the fixed-term post of Professor in Land Use and Property Legislation at the Faculty of Law (endowed professorship).

The Faculty of Law is a modern research and educational community. Professor conducts and supervises scientific research, gives science-based education, follows developments in science, and participates in societal interaction and international cooperation in his or her field.

A high-level international researcher is being sought for the position. The task is allocated under land use and property legislation law. The right to own land continues to have a social significance. Asset protection and its changes can be identified in all areas of broadly understood environmental regulation, from energy and climate law to land use planning and nature conservation. Against this background, the aim is to study, teach and participate in the social interaction between property protection and regulation of the environment, often originating in the European Union.

There will be a six-month trial period in this position.

The salary for the post is determined in accordance with the university salary system for teaching and research personnel. The salary will be specified and negotiated when preparing the employment contract.
