Your role is to manage and support testing on the project level. Testing is a key factor of project success and improves the quality and reliability of the system. This is your chance to create something that makes a difference in people’s everyday lives. For us, Testing Coordinator’s responsibilities can be for example:

  • Coordinating all testing related tasks for assigned areas of responsibility  
  • Planning and executing training events for project staff and testers 
  • Testing support and creating instructional documents (problem-solving, answering testers/client’s questions) 
  • Acting as an intermediary between project execution and testing 

    • You are likely to succeed in this position if you are;

  • a natural organizer, you take responsibility independently and like being in the driver’s seat 
  • analytical and like problem-solving 
  • easy to approach and have good communication skills in English and in Finnish 
  • interested in technical matters 
  • ready to perform, as said you will organize training and coachings 
  • Interested in developing your skills and learn new things quickly

    • It is seen as a plus if you have some experience on testing, technical systems coaching or coordinating training events. 

    Please note that, for this position, the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service will carry out security clearances for the hired candidate (after a written permission to the clearance is given by the candidate).
