Technical Publications Information Specialist

to join our customer support team

What You Will do

Your main task is to facilitate technical publications (operator’s & workshop manual) content creation by the technical publications authoring partner. This facilitation role will include supporting Annotated Topic Lists creation and collating and checking information from various stakeholders for sharing and delivery to the content creation provider.

Your daily activities consists of partnering with the various internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, etc.) to collate information relevant to the production of technical publications. This includes accessing information within AGCO systems (technical data, CAD, marketing information etc.) and, where appropriate, updating/inputting information for use by the content creation provider. You will also perform the technical review of the content in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy before sign off to allow content to move forward to translation and publication. Following Technical Publication projects from conception through AMPIP to completion and beyond will be key focus.
