We are now looking for a SENIOR MANAGER, TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM CONTROL.  

Voyage Transformation Programs team is searching for a talented, analytical, and open-minded team player to lead and execute reporting and forecasting of a business transformation program. Do you see yourself working in a pole position and being a key contributor in the transformation towards future Voyage? If yes, then you´ll be working closely with Voyage Leadership Team and people in Voyage to make it happen. 

This opportunity can be based in Europe, preferably in Helsinki, Finland or Hamburg, Germany. 

Key responsibilities:  

  • Participate in developing value realisation plan for a transformation program,  

  • Develop and execute transformation program reporting, and progress monitoring 

  • Develop and maintain forecast for the transformation program 

  • Analyse data and prepare meaningful visualisation of data  

  • Work together with finance team to align on reporting procedures and forecasts 

  • Work proactively with stakeholders to keep required data and assumptions up to date 

  • Act as project leader in strategic projects  

  • Analyse risks on program level 

  • Ambassador of future Voyage 

Key requirements:  

  • Master’s degree in Business or Finance. 

  • Proven work experience and knowhow in business control 

  • Proven work experience in project management 

  • Solid understanding on profit margin analysis  

  • Work experience in Transformation program office or similar large-scale program office is an advantage. 

  • Excellent skills in MS Excel. PowerBI or Tableau skills are advantageous 

  • Self-motivated and flexible team player with solution-oriented mindset 

  • Ability to absorb new things fast and embrace new ways of working. 

  • Ability to build & develop trustful professional relationships with ease across your business stakeholders in international business environment. 

  • Excellent presentation skills.  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  

  • Fluency in English is a must.
