Performance Services Business Unit in Marine Power is developing, selling and creating value for our customers by executing and delivering value-adding services and efficient long-term Maintenance Agreements in close cooperation with our customers. to Marine customers to help our customers perform even better and more efficiently when serving their customers. This extra support is provided through long-term service agreements.

We are looking for an Agreement Delivery Coordinator for our Agreement Delivery North Europe team with primary responsibility for ordering parts and Field service work and coordinating tasks as part of the assigned Contact Core Team(s) led by a Contract Manager. The preferred location for this position is in Vaasa, Finland, but Gothenburg, Sweden, or Rubbestadneset, Norway, is also negotiable. In this position, work can also partly be done remotely.
 
Your role and responsibilities:
As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will work closely with assigned Contract Manager(s) and be part of Contract Core Team(s) handling long-term maintenance agreements.  Your work will include:
 

  • Close co-operation with Contract Manager(s) and an active member of the contract core team(s)
  • Order Field Services Jobs (Site & Workshop), Parts and Tools
  • Coordinate logistics related to tools, spare parts and workshop services
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders like customers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep in close contact with the field service coordinator so that the FS job is executed efficiently according to the agreement
  • Proactive coordination and handling of changes to secure parts delivery and maintenance activities on time
  • Prepare Technical requests and communicate with Technical Services for support where needed
  • Review costs and provide correct input for invoicing
  • Prepare claims
  • Consolidate shipments to/from customers and arrange inbound/outbound Transportation with the logistics department
  • Direct customer contact for the logistics of tools, parts, cabins availability, permits
  • You’ll be working as a part of the energetic Performance Services Agreement Delivery North Europe team with diverse expertise.  

 
Development responsibilities:

  • Be part of developments within your own area in an assigned role of the development team
  • Provides proactive feedback for continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

 
Requirements for the position:

  • BSc, BBA or equivalent
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and independent person who demonstrates ownership and responsibility under pressure for driving their own work
  • Ability to manage and handle many ongoing activities at once
  • Systematic and organised way of working
  • Good knowledge of 4-stroke diesel engines
  • Two or more years experience of a similar role preferred
  • Good command of Swedish or/and Norwegian, Finnish and English, other language skills are considered as an advantage
