We are looking for someone to join our team to manage the EMEA HCM GTM master plan and HCM sales community to support the growth of the Oracle Cloud HCM business.

You will be a part of the EMEA HCM Pillar leadership team and will work closely with the VP, HCM Pillar, EMEA Applications and other senior stakeholders across the HCM ecosystem (sales, business development, competitive, consulting, marketing) to help drive key sales programs to generate pipeline and revenue.

Description – What you’ll do

  •  Co-ordination of the HCM GTM master plan to include demand generation, industries and market condition elements addressing our customers’ needs
  • Work together with the competitive programs lead, sales and sales support stakeholders to define and develop the go-to-market master plan
  • HCM community management across the EMEA sales regions to ensure sales engagement, participation and feedback
  • HCM GTM X-LOB governance including\: Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, A&C, Oracle Consulting, Communication, etc ensuring alignment and best practice sharing
  • Personally own and lead pillar specific strategic initiatives
  • Drive programs against targeted deliverables by providing vision, strategy and approach
  • GTM Program Performance – tracking & refinement ensuring effective reporting and insightful analysis and recommendations for improvements / tweaking

Education & Experience

  • Sales program management/demand generation/sales/solution engineering background with +10 years experience
  • Degree educated
  • HR / HCM interest / background
  • Extensive international experience working in virtual teams, preferably in a IT sales environment
  • Effective and efficient execution of multi-country sales program management
  • Competent in spreadsheet / presentation creation and interpretation
