If yes, we could have suitable jobs for you. We are currently looking for dynamic and innovative Lead Control System Engineer. The focus in the position is on battery electric vehicles. The position is permanent and located in Sandvik Turku site which is a global technology and manufacturing center for loading and hauling equipment. Partial remote work is possible in the role, however occasional travel and presence is required in our Division headquarters in Turku.

Your role

Your work as a Lead Control System Engineer in industrialization and product development team. As a member of development team, you will lead the software specification work and define engineering level specifications for machine control systems. You will develop interfaces for system modules and support a prototype development and testing.

Your background

You have a suitable degree in the field of engineering and a few years of experience with a proven record in working with control systems software development tasks. Knowledge of mobile equipment driveline with embedded control systems is a big plus. You have fluent communication skills in English and Finnish. Proactive and systematic way of working and excellent skills in problem solving will be needed. You are a good team player in a multicultural stakeholder environment.
