Telia’s online channels are visited by tens of millions of customers yearly. Our main goal as the Online team is to provide these customers a stellar end-to-end customer experience when they pay a visit. We work with products such as consumer electronics, value-added services, TV content & platforms, broadband and mobile phone subscriptions to name a few.

We are now looking for an Online Sales Experience Manager. Could this be your next big opportunity?

Our team

Our team consists of highly skilled professionals that work around topics such as customer experience, user experience, content, design, testing, conversion rate optimization, analytics, insights, dashboards, online sales, customer feedback, service design, digital marketing, personalization, communities, and online target planning.

Data, business, and consumer insights leads us in the path towards excelling the customer experience at every step of the online customer journey. We utilize modern, top of the line tools, techniques, and processes to get things done in an agile way.

Your role

You will take part in maximizing the value for the business and for the customer when the customer is paying a visit to our online channels. Your part will focus on online customer journey KPI planning and related processes and development. You will drive the experience discovery and development, as well as the execution of operational quarterly activities of specific online customer journeys. You will also be responsible for internal communications, reporting, roadmaps and sharing of key journey specific insights to internal stakeholders. You will take part in cross-functional teams and team activities and act as the internal voice of the online customers.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in online CX/UX development
  • Experience in web-analytics and/or e-commerce metrics and planning
  • Experience from tools and techniques used in growing and optimizing online sales and experience
  • Experience in identifying and solving root problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish, with the ability to represent and communicate complex topics and use-cases in an understandable and concise manner
  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
