We now are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Control for UPM Pulp Sales & Supply Chain in Biorefining Business Area in Helsinki, Finland.

What you’ll do

  • Drive sales performance management and commercial excellence together with UPM Pulp commercial organization

  • Manage and develop sales reporting, forecasting, analytics, and target-setting processes of UPM Pulp Sales & Supply Chain

  • Develop and harmonize pricing analytics, finance processes and tools in co-operation with various finance and business stakeholders

  • Handle ad hoc financial, scenario and what-if analysis

  • Participate and take ownership in various development initiatives and projects

  • Collaborate widely with finance and business stakeholders 

Who you are

  • You are self-driven with high ambition to develop and gain results

  • You have Master’s degree in relevant studies and minimum of five years' relevant work experience

  • You are highly motivated and proactive person who is willing to learn and grow

  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and understanding of sales and supply chain

  • You have good influencing, networking and communications skills and an ability to summarize essentials 

  • You have broad understanding of various aspects in finance, and you are eager to learn the business

  • You are fluent in English, and other language skills are considered as an asset

  • You have high integrity and independence

  • You have excellent PowerBI and Excel skills; experience of data processing tools as well as visualization tools and ERP system(s) are considered a benefit
