Meyer Turku is looking for an Executive Coordinator

As an Executive Coordinator you will be the anchor to the CEO and Executive leadership team in Meyer Turku. You will be in key role to develop governance structures and support CEO and Executive leadership team in their role to lead Meyer Turku.

Your role

As an Executive Coordinator you will support company management team in developing and steering strategy level processes as well as in daily tasks. 

In a strategic level, your responsibilities include e.g. supporting management in developing company strategy and processes and governance structures in co-operation with Executive leadership team. You will also participating in organizing and leading special projects (responsibilities based on personal preference/experience).

You also play an important role in streamlining the day-to-day operations of company management team. Your responsibilities include e.g. organizing and preparing several regular meetings and preparing materials as basis for decision-making together with executives. In your role, you will also prepare different presentations, organize workshops and events as well as develop and follow-up on different reports and reporting systems.

You

We hope you have a few years of suitable working experience for this role as well as a Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or similar. 

We are looking for a highly motivated person with eagerness to learn something new and work closely with the Executive leadership team. We hope you are an innovative personality with ability to develop new ideas, approaches and views. It is also important to have an independent, proactive and organized working style and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and keeping schedules. 

To succeed in this role, you also need analytical skills as well as ability to analyze information and making executive summaries. You should have the ability to operate in an international environment and have high flexibility in working with many different stakeholders.

You should also have advanced skills in Finnish and English Furthermore German skills are seen as an advantage. In your role, you will prepare different reports, summaries, presentations and memos, so advanced skills in MS Office M365 tools are needed to succeed in the position.
