Your job as an Employer Branding Specialist will be to help us to spread the Nortal awareness with recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. You will also help with our internal employee engagement and communication strategy in Finland and with your help we can build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.  
 
People and Culture team members are currently all located in Helsinki. You can however work from any of our sites: Helsinki, Oulu, Turku, Uusikaupunki or Jyväskylä.  

Your days will be filled with:

  • Updating EB activity, internal engagement and internal comms plans 
  • Thinking of new ways to attract talent and build the company’s brand awareness in target group via external events, campaigns, trade fairs and more  
  • Managing the Nortal Careers site, social media channels and internal news flow in official communication channels  
  • Developing campaigns to support the recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels. 
  • Gathering internal knowledge from stakeholders (Finnish leadership, Marketing and Delivery teams) on customer projects, internal development, employee interest stories, business updates and other to stay informed 
  • Aligning with People & Culture and Marketing strategies to support and drive internal employee engagement through internal initiatives, events, and communication 
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities. 
  • To succeed you will need:

  • A marketing and communications degree  
  • A few years of experience in employer branding topics and preferably experience from talent acquisition 
  • The ability to create content 
  • To speak Finnish on a native level and to be fluent in English 
  • To understand tech talk 
  • To have the ability to travel from time to time.
