Your job as the Internal Talent Manager will be to support the Delivery organization to build high performing teams that consists of a good combination of technical and consulting skills. In this role you will be leading the internal mobility processes and initiatives for 
Nortal Finland and help Nortal employees to flow seamlessly from project to project and identify possibilities for their professional growth.  
 
People and Culture team members are currently all located in Helsinki. You can however work from any of our sites: Helsinki, Oulu, Turku, Uusikaupunki or Jyväskylä. We are also flexible with remote work within Finland. 

In this role you will get to:

  • Create and set up processes to facilitate seamless internal mobility for Finnish employees and accounts. 
  • Understand internal competences and capabilities and boost information sharing of available positions to current employees. 
  • Coordinate, track, and facilitate movement of employees between projects and the bench. 
  • Look over five lanes: internal replacement needs, internal mobility, bench, new open roles and understand when to turn to subcontracting 
  • Begin the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition (TA) and to create visibility of available positions for current employees  
  • Coordinate bench training activities together with People & Culture based on skills that will be needed for upcoming projects. 
  • Support sales to create possible ramp-up plans. 
  • What helps you to succeed:

  • Experience in consulting and project-based work 
  • Experience creating processes 
  • Strong business acumen, comfort with a data-driven environment, ability to use metrics to guide decision-making 
  • Prior staffing experience is considered beneficial  
  • Familiarity with our technology stacks is a plus 
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills  
  • Dynamic “can do” problem-solving mindset 
  • Fluent English, Finnish is not a prerequisite
