As a Senior Project Leader:in, you will support our clients in the successful transformation of their collaboration. You will plan the project roadmap, lead meetings, monitor progress and ensure that the budget is adhered to. You will work closely with your team members and members of your customer's team. You have the ability to think your way through complex problems and to develop solution concepts with relevant stakeholders.

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable education
• Experience in administration of Atlassian systems (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket,..) is an advantage
  
• Experience in leading projects in the IT area
  
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong communication skills with high social competence on different hierarchical levels
  
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
  
• Fluent communication in German as well as very good English skills, any other language is an advantage
  
• Leadership experience is an advantage

Your tasks

• You plan and lead workshops with our customers
• You analyze and document the requirements of all project stakeholders
  
• You recommend the right tools of the Atlassian Suite and develop concepts in close cooperation with our customers
  
• You react flexibly to requests and requirements and integrate them iteratively into new or existing Atlassian solutions
  
• You take responsibility for controlling and meeting project budgets
  
• You coordinate, lead and support technical implementations of our Atlassian Technical Consultants and ensure the quality of the provided documentation
  
• Throughout the entire project, you act as a direct contact person and communicative link to the client
  
• Based on your experience, you contribute to the further development of our service portfolio and support the team building process
