Description of the position

We are looking for enthusiastic summer trainee  to join our testing development team in Orion Information Management.

Your focus will be in IT systems testing and development of our current testing practises. During your training period you will be creating standardized testing cases as well as develop the standardized testing structure and create the reporting practises in testing process. The location will be in Espoo or Turku. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Creating standardized test cases based on current situation
• Create reporting practises for IT system testing
• Develop testing process together with IM Quality team to reflect Life Science industry's validation requirements

Description of the unit

Orion Information Management (IM) employs 80 people, of which approximately two thirds are located in Espoo. Other locations are Turku, Kuopio, Hanko, Mumbai and Nottingham. Requirements

• Studies in University or University of Applied Science
• Preferably experience of testing or testing tools
• Curiosity, being precise, and capable of independent work
• Enthusiastic and results oriented
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English

You might already have experience with IT solutions or maybe you are just curious and interested in career with IT. Taking ownership of and completing tasks at hand is natural for you and being successful in the role requires curiosity, excellent collaboration and communication skills, positive “can do” attitude as well as taking responsibility. You are motivated by seeing the results of your work in effective use.
