Description of the position

We are looking for enthusiastic summer trainee to join our Business Process Automation team in Orion Information Management. Orion utilises software robotics tool Blue Prism ans well as Winshuttle for process automation and to enhace the different systems we are using.

Your focus will be in our software robotics automation tools reporting and possibly new automation development items. You innovate new solutions and ways of working together with Orion’s business functions. Finding new solutions to fit business needs is natural to you and you understand the possibilities to utilize new technologies. The location will be in Espoo or Turku. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Developing current RPA environment reporting
• Current automation solutions change management in co-operation with our large enhancement projects
• New automation solutions development 

Description of the unit

Orion Information Management (IM) employs 80 people, of which approximately two thirds are located in Espoo. Other locations are Turku, Kuopio, Hanko, Mumbai and Nottingham. We support Orion’s business in achieving its strategic targets not only by ensuring the availability of IT services but also by constantly looking for new innovations to match the current and future business needs.

Requirements

• Preferably some experience in software robotics
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Curiosity to AI and ML to realize their potential in different business needs
• Enthusiastic and results oriented
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English

You might already have experience with IT solutions or maybe you are just curious and interested in career with IT. Taking ownership of and completing tasks at hand is natural for you and being successful in the role requires curiosity, excellent collaboration and communication skills, positive “can do” attitude as well as taking responsibility. You are motivated by seeing the results of your work in effective use.
