As Management Events successfully turned the concept virtual, now we aim at taking our concept to the next level to capture the opportunities to accelerate our growth! About our Software Development team
We currently have 14 members. Our designer and many of our developers and testers are from our outsourced partners from different locations in the world. Our team is working well and efficiently, however, the business needs are growing, and we need to increase our delivery capacity - and this is where you come in! We follow the Scrum framework to organize our work and aim for "delivery of values" and "continuous improvement" as a team. Words that are repeated in our team daily life, in random order: Sprint, WordPress, Angolia, Amazon EC2, Azure, MySQL, Elasticsearch, PHP, Angular, API, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, pipelines, server, cron jobs.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Management Events, you'll have a chance to be an important player to help us build and maintain fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll oversee and be in charge of technical design decisions. You'll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. You'll write reusable and maintainable code. You'll help to grow our team's technical capabilities using your experiences. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the stability and user experience of products we build for Management Events' customers and internal users.

You would be a great fit if you:

• have good experience working with both front- and back-end languages
• have hands-on experience of server-side backends written in e.g., PHP or Node.js, and multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
• have experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular and React), databases (MySQL and MariaDB), and API and GraphQL
• have some experience with DevOps (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Azure Pipelines)
• have an eye for layout aesthetics
• are a good communicator and problem-solver
