Paf Land & Ship's division is a full service gaming provider offering slot machines, gaming tables, amusement and bingo on 31 cruise ships criss-crossing the Baltic and North Seas. The table games department includes 40 table games spread across 18 vessels. We are now looking for a Casino Table Games Manager who will take the responsibility to develop our table games, with gaming experience staying top-of-mind.

About the position
Being product manager of table games doesn’t only mean ensuring sleek table game operations in every aspect according to policies and procedures, but also conducting in-depth gaming analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the operations, identifying and executing growth initiatives in cooperation with stakeholders with focus to continuously improve the product. The role also consists of:

• Training new croupiers in Black Jack, American Roulette and systems related to Table Games at highest standards
• Developing and implementing a strategic training plan for experienced croupiers to ensure a qualitative gaming experience for the end customer 
• Inspire croupiers to develop their professional skills

Experience
We believe that you are an expert on table games and have at least 5 years experience of either managing table games in casinos or a successful record of training staff in Black Jack and American Roulette and relevant work experience.

Your personal characteristics
You are passionate about live table games and have the ability to inspire others. Planning and analyzing skills are necessary along with a competitive spirit, proactiveness and the ability to think long term. A flexible approach to resolve urgent or complex issues will come handy.

Working Schedule
In order to succeed in the role, travelling on vessels on a weekly basis and even weekends is necessary. We strongly believe that the only way forward is a frequent dialogue to engage in discussions. A typical working week would be two days in the office planning, attending meetings and taking care of administrative tasks, then travelling between vessels three days a week to engage with croupiers.

Preferably Stockholm, Paf’s head office in Mariehamn is also an option.
