F-Secure’s B2B Marketing Opreations team is now looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Specialist to nurture and develop our B2B products’ and services' performance marketing internationally.

As a true performance marketing wizard, you will manage international SEM and other PPC accounts, being on the forefront of our demand generation. Your actions will have an immediate impact on our marketing conversions and sales pipeline creation - you will easily see the effects of your decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and other PPC Ad Networks campaigns.
• Take responsibility of day-to-day hands-on activity on the performance marketing campaigns.
• Assist the regional marketing and sales teams with their digital marketing requests.
• Analyze the campaign data and continuously optimize based on performance.
• Create dashboards and reporting to communicate campaign performance and recommended adjustment to campaign tactics.
• Competitive analysis on keywords and performance marketing content.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent hands-on Google Ads and Google Analytics skills, based on real-world experience
• Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers
• Skills to create compelling ad-copy
• An innate drive to keep up-to-date in the ever-changing world of performance marketing
• Previous experience in managing paid social campaigns is a plus in an international scale
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
• Other language skills are a plus
