We are now looking for an Invoicing Specialist to be based in Finland (Helsinki, Jyväskylä).

Your daily work would be:

• Handling invoicing processes globally as a member of invoicing team
• Collecting the payments in a timely manner with agreed turnaround time
• Supporting reports concerning the sales invoicing process
• Developing the invoicing processes to support the growth path
• Contributing to the implementation of software and tools in the domain of sales invoicing

To be successful in the role, you should:

• +5 years of experience within a global sales invoicing function and accounts receivable or similar experience
• Experience using invoicing software and tools, office tools
• Basic understanding of tax (VAT)
• Ability to tolerate routines and build the process
• Ability to take ownership
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Process knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping to be able to support the accounting is considered as an advantage
