About us

SAP Finland is working on a strategic initiative to develop employer branding and employee experience

The initiative has multiple facets/audiences: NextGen employees (e.g. universities), external communication (blogs, podcasts, web), various stakeholders (partners, investors, start-ups, general public) and own staff.

The initiative has several ongoing projects and assignments and emerging activities that require a resourceful and active person to support and possibly also run (smaller) projects. In addition, the person is expected to assist management in a variety of activities to enable faster throughput.
In this role, you’ll:

HR events event coordination support

Coordinating training events
-
Assisting and driving small HR projects
-
Coordinate Employer Branding activities
-
Supporting management assistants to drive local intiatives

Supporting sales management
-
Other assignments depending on interest, appetite, and capabilities
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Position requirements: an open mind, ability to manage own productivity in a multi-task environment, resourcefulness and proficiency in English and one who gets along with people.

Educational requirements: current enrollment into business administration/management, HR, economics or IT.
