Cyber security is an ever-evolving discipline. Where trends and technologies go, cyber threats follow, and our job is to stay on top of the technology and threat landscape to ensure that we can protect the customers of tomorrow.

In line with this, we are experimenting with new ideas and incubating new businesses to validate our assumptions on certain cyber security needs. The goal is to have a funnel of startups that will grow to become successful businesses in the portfolio and elevate the cyber security posture of our customers.

Through the products that we build and validate together with partners and customers, we will bring forth innovative offerings that will exhibit leadership in the industry and strengthen the future of our collective digital security.

Key Responsibilities

As a business development manager, you will be expected to work with one or more startup ventures, starting with the Foundry Team. This team provides cutting edge, yet accessible, security for mission critical embedded systems. They also research and develop new technologies and products as part of our bespoke security engineering services. Their next research will be focused on engineering innovative products and solutions for secure System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.

The following are your responsibilities:

  • Define and help execute the go-to-market strategy for the offering.
  • Establish external relationships with potential customers for validation of assumptions and co-creation of products.
  • Establish external relationships with supply chain partners such as manufacturers and distributors.
  • Establish internal relationships with sales and marketing teams for potential startup support where applicable.
  • Facilitate the transition of the startup business into a growth business once the startup is successful.

What are we looking for?

  • Several years of experience in launching new products, solutions or startups.
  • Flexibility in shifting from one team to another, or handling multiple teams, depending on the need.
  • Experience in discussions with customers and partners related to sales, partnerships or product co-creation.
  • Passion for cyber security.

Highly Desired Skillset

The following skills are valuable for quick success for the first venture you will be working with:

  • Experience in an Integrated Circuits, Silicon Intellectual Property or hardware B2B sales process.
  • Understanding of hardware development and its related supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with System-on-Chip, Microcontroller Unit, Silicon Intellectual Property, or Secure Enclave topics.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics and mass production environment.
