As a part of our Business Technology Management offering, we provide SAP Service & IT Operations Management Services that are a pivotal part of service management providing a strong platform to all other business operations.

We are now looking for a couple of profiles to join our Service Integration & Management team.

1) SAP Service Managers:

You as a Service Manager who helps our customers in developing or running their IT Service Management around SAP landscape. You have a wide understanding and experience in leading IT infrastructure services. In addition to your ability to lead SAP services you have a good understanding and experience in service management and service improvement initiatives.

You are expected to manage SAP Service Delivery for our customers both in consulting role and in support role. You have an ITIL certification and have experience in leading and executing service improvement programs or as an IT process owner. You have managed complex integrated SAP landscapes. You see SAP and infra as an integral enabler of business, which is why your need for understanding business requirements is important to you. In addition, you have a good, overall understanding of integration tools and services that support the SAP landscape.

2) IT Service Managers:

You have a wide understanding and experience in leading IT infrastructure services. You have a good understanding and experience in service management and service improvement initiatives. You have led Infrastructure projects. You have an ITIL certification and have experience in leading and executing service improvement programs. Working knowledge in SIAM and certification in SIAM is a plus. Knowledge in SAP is not a prerequisite, but rather an added advantage. In addition, you have good overall understanding of infrastructure tools, Cloud services and other related services.
