Summary & Role Information

We are looking for someone who likes to take the initiative and who is passionate about our customers’ experience. Someone who thrives in complex environments and asks the right questions. Someone with a strong developer background to create documentation, tutorials and other user assistance content for SAP AppGyver, a no-code development platform for building sophisticated web and mobile apps. 

Your tasks will include:

• Creating product documentation, community content, and tutorials, primarily targeted at citizen developers and business process experts 
• Creating multi-media content, such as graphics and videos, samples and learning content
• Testing the software you describe
• Structuring content and selecting distribution channels according to the information needs of your target groups
• Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to constantly improve the quality of your deliverables
• Acting as an advocate for an intuitive and consistent user experience

Role Requirements

• Practical experience in creating product documentation (preferably in DITA; experience in creating reference documentation and guides/tutorials for libraries/frameworks a plus) 
• Sound knowledge of and experience in modern full-stack web/mobile app development
• Experience in creating social media content (for example blogs, tweets, or instructional videos)
• Excellent communication skills, a passion for people, and for passing on your knowledge to others
• Fluency in English, Finnish is an advantage        
• Degree in technical writing, software engineering, or a related profession
