Job description

We have a growing, global business going, and now we need you to help increase awareness of Elisa IndustrIQ on the global manufacturing market. With your help, we make potential customers aware of our smart manufacturing software and boost our sales. The job will be very hands-on in creating content. Your main responsibilities include:

• Writing targeted, engaging content for Elisa IndustrIQ’s global brand awareness and demand generation campaigns in collaboration with our product teams, researchers, sales, and other key stakeholders – whitepapers, ebooks, articles, blog posts, etc.
• Creating global communication material to engage with our existing customers – customer newsletters, web content, landing pages, social media posts etc.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Elisa International Digital Services comms team & Elisa acquired global manufacturing software companies to ensure the produced content is aligned
• Publishing content on our website, marketing automation platform and social media channels
• Constantly developing more effective ways of engaging with our customers – whether it's introducing new channels, optimizing existing content, creating content in new formats, or anything you believe will make the most impact - we trust that you know how to do your job the best!

What we are looking for

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English – native or equivalent
• Demonstrated success in creating high-quality content for digital channels
• Ability to turn complex, technical information into content that is interesting yet easy to digest
• A self-starter mentality, the capability to prioritize tasks on the go, and work in a fast-paced environment - we work like a startup but with the large networks and financial safety of a big corporation
• Interest in learning about the manufacturing industry - any experience in the B2B tech business is a plus but not a requirement!
• As we are still quite a small team we expect initiative and the ability to take independent decisions

The position is based in Finland - most of our Finnish team is based in Helsinki, but needless to say, we work seamlessly online so you can be based anywhere in the country.
