International Sales at Aktia AM is focusing on partnership sales in Global institutional and wholesale market. We are driven by passion for our globally recognized and awarded core flagship products and success of our partners to reach out and widen our investor base.
Institutional Sales at Aktia is serving a large and growing number of Finnish institutional investors: pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, wealth managers, and family offices. We are focused to help our customers to success in their investments with help of our own and externally produced and globally awarded top-notch investment products.

This opportunity is focused on various sales administrative tasks to support our own and partnership sales activities, as well as taking part in developing our offering further in our sales process: preparation of sales and pitch material, data collection and processing, preparation of offers and Requests-For-Proposals, administration of customer and sales data as well as various forms of communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop competencies within institutional sell-side business.

About the Role

You can be in your first steps in your financial career or alternatively been already earning your merits in the business. The most important attributes are being proactive, hard-working, and have the ability to meet accurately the tight deadlines. In other words, you possess the attitude to get things done! We appreciate relevant academic education, adequate IT skills (eg Excel) as well as ability to communicate smoothly in Finnish/Swedish and English, other relevant language skills (in particular German/French) are highly appreciated.
