We are looking for an experienced person who shares our passion for Supercell games and especially the Content Creators surrounding them. You have the ability to work independently without a lot of guidance; you see what needs to be done and you make it happen.

As part of the Community team in Helsinki, your focus is to communicate with Creators around the globe and drive the vision for Supercell’s Creator Program. You will work with thousands of Creators who are making content across all Supercell titles, as well as be responsible for managing our external partners helping us to build the best Creator Program in the world!

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision for our Creator Program’s development
• Build and manage strong relationships with content creators
• Work with Content Creators on a daily basis to understand their needs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams & manage external partners
• Manage a global team of external community managers
• Execute engaging and exciting strategies for digital content
• Represent our Creators within the team and the rest of the company

Requirements

• Experience working with Content Creators
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with Creators online and face-to-face
• Comfortable with managing a large global community
• Passion for Supercell games (and mobile games in general)
• Experience addressing difficult situations within the community when required
• Ability to work independently without guidance
• Experience with project and partner management

Nice to Haves

• Product management experience
• Experience with social media management and business intelligence tools
• Experience in other marketing disciplines and/or content creation
