Future 2025 is Orion’s corporate wide program reporting to CEO and planned for years 2021-2023. It aims to transform business processes and the ways of working at Orion. The program is supported by the implementation of new IT systems and tools including a full renewal of the current ERP. As a result, we aim to increase productivity, to have better end-to-end transparency and to become a data driven company.

Description of the position 

We are looking for Solution Lead - Source to Pay (S2P) to take part in our Future 2025 journey and beyond. In this role you innovate new solutions and ways of working, together with Orion’s business functions. You will be leading and facilitating development activities on your own solution area.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and support solutions in the area of Sourcing and Procurement as well other closely related solutions and integrations
• Proactively seek opportunities to apply new innovative solutions and work together with internal and external experts
• Participate in larger projects as well as smaller enhancement work
• Taking ownership of named solutions’ lifecycle and ensure solution documentation and quality standards are met

The preferred location of this position is Espoo, Finland (+hybrid). Certain phases of the project require presence at HQ in Espoo.

You will be working in the Future 2025 Program organization that consists of multitalented professionals that have the expertise of their own functions and work together cross-organizationally ensuring smooth transition and that the program goals will be achieved. After Future Program you will continue your innovation in Orion Information Management.

Requirements 

Ideally, you should have the following qualities & former professional experience:

• Suitable university degree or equilevant working experience from relevant field
• You have experience in SAP and other S2P solutions, in addition working with S/4HANA and knowing its capabilities is seen as an asset
• You know future potential of S2P digital solutions and automation, you have experience of SAP or other ERP renewal programs
• You are familiar with S2P business processes giving you capability to design solutions which fit not only to system architecture but also to business processes

You have a growth and visionary mindset of the future and communicate fluently in English.
