Specialist Customer Success Partner (CSP). The Specialist CSP will proactively engage with an assigned portfolio (size varies based on customer tier) of customers to drive mutual success across the Land, Adopt, Consume & Expand (LACE) cycle, with specific emphasis on ACE (Adopt, Consume and Expand). The Specialist CSP will help customers achieve business outcomes by engaging as a trusted advisor to the customer’s senior executives within a customer’s buying center and aligning with the right customer LoB executive(s) for each stage of the customer’s transformation, inclusive of system upgrades or migrations. A Specialist CSP may also be assigned to fulfill a customer’s premium subscription service and will therefore also support the added responsibilities of fulfilling those associated additional activities/deliverables.
 

In some cases, the Specialist CSP role will work under the overall coordination of an Enterprise CSP, in other cases the Specialist CSP will coordinate directly with the customer. The Specialist CSP will provide value and expertise regarding specific LoB’s. As such, the Specialist CSP will have strong LoB expertise regarding transformation, business process, and value realization. For Intelligent Suite and Platform & Technology, it can engage across various LOBs given the nature of the suite of offerings. They will also be supported by multiple Customer Engagement & Experience (CE&X) life-cycle relevant centers of experts. The Specialist CSP will have responsibility for driving the continuity of the customer’s cloud subscription based solutions and maximizing their usage at the product level. By influencing a high level of customer value realization, the CSP will positively impact SAP’s business performance, securing renewals, reducing cancellations and enabling business to expand.
 
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
 
Customer Success
•    Responsible for customer’s success with SAP cloud subscription solutions with a given Domain or scope of assignment
•    Engages in a success capacity fostering mutually beneficial relationships as a trusted advisor to senior & mid-level executives
•    Documents and supports customer’s LoB level business strategy, objectives & goals, reviews business cases, facilitates value realization


WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•    7-10 years of experience in the following areas: 
•    Commercial acumen in the HXM LoB is desirable
•    Experience managing complex customer engagements
•    A self‐starter, with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience acting as a trusted and strategic advisor to customers Strong knowledge of SaaS models and Cloud mindset.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. 
•    Bachelor equivalent: Mandatory
•    Master’s/MBA equivalent is desirable

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: 

•    at least one Nordic language, with a preference for Finnish.
