We are looking for a Production Supervisor at ABB Oy, Motion Service Division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising production and continuous improvement of production processes. Team management as well as working with safety related tasks will be an important part of your daily work. You will work in a customer focused organization fulfilling fast pace delivery expectations. Work will be executed in one shift. Your responsibilities

Supervising the retrofit manufacturing production line assembly and testing work as well as safety related tasks Leading the daily work and following up production KPI´s (OTD, quality, safety, productivity) Production planning and development is also part of the work Managing the production process and ensuring timely delivery

Your background

A B.Sc. in electrical or automation or industrial engineering degree or alternatively work experience of electrical works that can be considered equal to formal education Ability to understand electrical drawings and production testing requirements A few years of working experience. Previous supervisor experience is considered an advantage Good skills and understanding of production and logistics processes Good organizing and communication skills The ability to motivate your team through a positive attitude Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken A development-oriented mindset and a hands-on working attitude IT skills (SAP, MS Office tools; Excel, Power Point, Word) Ideally, you have an understanding of Lean principles and basic quality management methods
