To support our continuous growth and digitalization in the cyber security arena we are looking for a Service Owner for Workday HR to join our HRIS team. The HRIS team is responsible for maintaining and developing our systems and tools to enable better services, enhanced employee experience and process efficiency in the people services area through digitalization.

We are open to different types of experience; you might have worked as a Workday consultant or in-house professional preferably working with a broad range of Workday process development tasks. Whatever your background is, understanding the importance of the employee experience and your role driving and supporting continuous service digitalization is a key to ensure we are staying competitive in our service delivery.

You will be part of our global People Operations and Culture (PO&C) team consisting of over 50 professionals in +20 countries all passionate in working towards a more secure world. The role is global, and hybrid, and can be located in either the UK, Finland or Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the execution of the HRIS (Workday) roadmap items
  • Develop HR processes and recommend system improvements
  • Lead and participate in Workday projects, release preparation, management, configuration and testing
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and actively research for new enhancements to help drive adoption and maximize the value of Workday for the company
  • Coordinate/participate in administration of Workday, e.g. mass updates, maintenance of data, reporting

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in the HRIS landscape and HR processes development
  • 2-3 years of Workday configuration experience - including modules such as HCM, Core Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Reporting and Security
  • Fluency in English (which is our company language)
