The Role as Communication Manager

We are looking to hire a communication manager for North-West Technology Consulting, covering UKIE, BNLX, Nordic and Israel. You will be part of the North-West Management team and have a very tight collaboration with all business leaders. The role comes with great flexibility for you to impact and steer your tasks and outcomes. Sustainability is a key for Oracle and our customers and will be a significant part of your job.

Our Communication Manager you have two main focuses\:

1. Internal communication\: Approximately 70% of your time. Your focus will be to ideate, produce and communicate multimedia content to motivate and drive change in our teams, as well as increase the internal awareness of consulting within Oracle.

1. External communication\: Approximately 30% of your time. You will identify and create customer and employee success stories involving many stakeholders such as the customers, our global branding team, and different agencies.
