For more information about us visit - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6mVLaUyO4U What we are looking for As a member of the Siemens EDA World Trade European Sales Organization, you will lead a team of Application Engineers, located across Europe, to support sales efforts focussed on new product wins and deployments for Siemens EDA’s Design & Verification Technology (DVT) solutions. Responsibilities Manage AE pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities, providing leadership and management for an AE team. These activities include establishing value for Siemens EDA products and differentiation from the competition. Working closely with sales management, account teams, ATMs and other AEMs to understand business opportunities, develop and execute regional technical and account plans. Also managing resource levels within the technical team to align the right technical resources to support sales engagements. To drive business for Siemens EDA, using technical expertise and working directly with customers as a part of sales team to identify their verification needs, establish criteria for successful engagements. Communicating frequently with peers and management on progress and account status. Provide coaching to facilitate development of AEs in your team and driving individual and team achievement through the growth talks process. Establish and maintain lines of communication with product engineering on issues such as considerations for product functionality, quality, and performance. Work with marketing and product managers to define new products and provide insight from the field back to these groups. Skills and Experience MSC or BSC degree is required (or equivalent); 10+ years in technical sales or verification implementation roles in Functional Verification in a relevant industry. Management experience preferred. Experience in and broad knowledge of dynamic & static functional verification technology and methodologies, in particular Questa platform preferred. Experience with standard office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The job can be located in any key location in Europe with as much as 25% travel. Working at Siemens Software Why us?
