You would join RELEX Plan Product Management and Architecture team and work closely with the Database development team and Database Product Owner - participate actively in acceptance testing of new features, participate in various product activities and provide support for customer operation teams and other stakeholders to get started with new database features.  You will be working with Database team responsible for developing the in-house database system that powers data intensive business logic calculations. Database system allows billions of rows of data to be crunched into useful information that empowers our customers to make better decisions. We are constantly developing new features, looking for new innovations and improving the performance of our database system.  Because of close collaboration with the development team, the preferred physical location is Helsinki or at least the candidate needs to be able to visit Helsinki on a regular basis, naturally post-covid.  What you’ll be doing:  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Perform acceptance testing for tickets the development team has implemented </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Evaluate performance impact of recent changes done by the development team </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Help Product Owner in all product activities including writing feature specifications and defining the acceptance criteria </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Support the development team by answering their questions and sharing information on how the product is been used by customers </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Investigate and solve product issues </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Answer product-related questions and requests coming from customer operation teams </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Participate in writing the product documentation </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Improve quality assurance processes </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to gain understanding of product features and customers’ needs </li> </ul>   What you’ll bring to the table:  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">An analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Ability to understand technical concepts and architecture and enthusiasm to learn more about technical topics </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Ability to perform quality assurance tasks </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Enthusiasm to learn about product work and concepts and drive to become product expert on Database systems </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Earlier experience of product work is considered as a plus </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Earlier experience of agile product development is considered as a plus </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Programming or scripting knowledge is considered as a plus (especially in Ruby and Java languages) </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Earlier knowledge of supply chain planning solutions is considered as a plus </li> </ul>   Note that you don’t need to fulfil everything from the above lists.
