We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on franchise lead with technical expertise of IT middleware systems combined with deep commercial understanding of healthcare, experience from the POC segment and hospital workflows. This is a varied and dynamic role supporting the local Sales teams in the Nordics and Baltics in growing the POC IT business by increasing the number of our POCIT middleware solution installations and the number of Siemens Healthineers and third-party analyzers connected to our middleware solution, POCcelerator™. Our ambition is for POCcelerator™ to become the preferred middleware solution for our Nordic and Baltic POC customers. The position reports directly to the Head of Business Management (HBM) POC NRB and will closely collaborate with colleagues from our global IT headquarters in Germany and the EMEA POC regional management. Key tasks and responsibilities: Develop annual Sales and Marketing plans for the Nordic and Baltic countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. Support local Sales teams in the sales phase with technical expertise and by providing compelling presentations and demos of our middleware solution to customers: POC decision makers, IT departments of hospitals, technicians/users. Create and communicate a long-term vision for the POCIT franchise and establish measurable KPIs for the assigned region. Establish strategies and tools to promote POCcelerator™ into the assigned region. Organize events and activities that engage relevant stakeholders such as labs, nurses, administrators, etc. to communicate our POCIT value proposition. Create and provide inspirational training to local Sales and Marketing teams in the assigned region compelling promotional activities. Closely collaborate with the country POC sales specialists to ensure localization and effective roll-out and execution of commercial activities. Work alongside Head of Business Management NRB on pricing and market strategies and support CRM excellence to develop a healthy funnel and ensure data accuracy and transparency across the NRB Zone. Participate in national and regional events, sales meetings, conferences/congresses, etc. Key requirements, education, and experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience with IT middleware systems preferably within POC preferably within product management/business development. Relevant technical education degree in IT. Alternatively a health science degree with previous IT experience. Post - graduate degree in business desirable. Any additional professional educations skills an advantage. Good knowledge of the Nordics and Baltics marketplace is desirable but not essential. Demonstrate capacity to lead and successfully execute sales and marketing plans in key markets – always cognizant of meeting and exceeding targets. A team player, that can inspire others to achieve common objectives/goals. Strong communication and presentation skills are paramount to deliver a complete, confident message to a multicultural and diverse audience internally and outside the organization. Able to navigate in a matrix organization and lead even without formal direct reporting line. Highest level of business ethics. Expert proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Other local languages desirable but not essential. Position may require up to 50% travel within the NRB region and globally. A strong self-starter, capable of working independently and functioning as part of an integrated team. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to energize and motivate people. Comfortable in an international environment with first-hand international experience and demonstrated success.
