Who are we looking for?

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers to join our enterprise and public customer projects. This is your chance to be the one developing the next generation Enterprise Services (IT, HR, Finance, etc.), Customer Services and business workflows. By digitalizing and automating processes, workflows and services, we enable smarter work for people and better service experiences for customers and end-users, which will in the end result in business success of our customers.

It is important that you maintain high quality level in your work and ensure that tasks assigned to you are done well end-to-end:  designed to fit the customer architecture, implemented according to the best practices, tested carefully and documented well.

To sum it up, you’ll benefit from the following skills:

  • The desire to understand business processes, workflows and services and to learn new processes, technologies and working methods
  • Preferably at least few years of experience with ServiceNow in a technical role
  • Customer and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent interaction, collaboration and communication skills (both in Finnish and in English)
