We are looking for a person who will develop and improve processes within the technology area. Telia operates in a dynamic and fast-changing market, so we are constantly adapting, developing, and reviewing our processes. You will be part of the team that takes our organization to the next level of quality, performance, and delivery. Your focus in our Technology processes will be in the area of strategic and tactical planning, portfolio and financial management.

Your tasks will include:

  • Design and implement processes, which requires collaboration with IT development to secure the tool support for processes, but also with many managers and experts who shall act in the process

  • Lead process implementation and execution together with local process managers and experts

  • Set, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators

  • Work together with key business: product, service, resource, and process stakeholders to improve the process continually

You will be successful in this challenging role if you have an authentic passion for working with different people and are able to listen but also persuade colleagues to deliver. Understanding the business from the perspective of different functions (sales, delivery, production) enables you to think more broadly when implementing and improving processes. A good combination of customer focus, results orientation, service focus and business acumen with an understanding of the correct use of abstract frameworks will ensure that you can deliver the best process solutions for different purposes.

Your Experience:

  • Proven lifecycle management experience

  • Experience on business management e.g. through tactical planning and budget ownership

  • Experience of process improvement capabilities; evidence of KPI/PI improvements and actions to drive these changes

  • Knowledge of working in the service value chain, e.g. through Service Management / ITIL or eTOM concepts

  • Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment

  • Proven track record of process and information management documentation skills
