We are now looking for a 

Sales Manager

to complement our diverse Sales Team.  

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who is passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care and create lifelong memories to our guests. Preferably you have a sound knowledge of the tourism industry and great track record for sales. 

You thrive for excellence and you are enthusiastic of new sales opportunities. You listen and actively learn of the motivation of our customers and always look for opportunities for cross- and upselling. Nurturing our customer relationships as well as following new sales leads comes to you as your second nature. You are quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills as well as well analytical skills. 

Achieving profitable growth and hitting as well as surpassing sales targets give you a great satisfaction. You have good communication and organisational skills, enjoy team work and punctuality and flexibility to multitask even in the most hectic times are your strengths. You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages (Finnish, French, Spanish, German, Chinese) are advantage. Your responsibilities  You are working with our international and domestic customers, prospecting, developing, and closing sales as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.  You track sales leads, inquiries, sales revenues as well as do forecasting and provide ongoing status reports to your team leader. You actively develop and strengthen customer relations and work together with creative team to develop existing programs/packages and new programs/packages to different target groups. You do active sales and presentations in designated domestic and international tradeshows to strengthen positioning of our different brands in sales channels. You work closely with our different departments ensuring and exceeding our customer promise as well as reaching company’s goals.
