Content & Growth Manager 
 
What will you be doing 
 
In this role you have the opportunity to work in an interesting and fast-paced, growing software company. You will be creating targeted and optimized content for Accountor’s FMS (Financial Management Software) business unit. You will be part of the business unit’s marketing team and you will have a small team working with you.  
 
Your daily work includes for example creating content for blogs, newsletters, articles, and reports, and managing our social media channels. Lead generation is your passion, and you want all the activities to be targeted and measurable. We are looking for someone who is highly competent in producing targeted, optimized and customer focused content. You have comprehensive understanding in SEO & SEM, content marketing and social media marketing. You are also familiar with marketing automation and have the skills to successfully optimize content and landing pages to reach set targets.  
 
You are analytical and able to utilize data for decision- making and enjoy analysing the results. You know how to plan and execute campaigns and customer communication in the digital environment and can translate business goals into effective reach, engagement activation. With these strengths you are one step ahead 

• Demonstrated + 3 years leading and developing a team 
• Previous experience for example in SaaS-product marketing or subscription business marketing. You are familiar with nurturing strategies throughout the customer journey. 
• Demonstrated expertise in developing impactful messaging and high-quality content across different channels 
• Responsible for result-oriented marketing throughout the marketing funnel regarding product marketing 
• Social media management skills 
• Strong project management skills, you are comfortable in prioritizing and managing several projects and tasks simultaneously 
• Results-oriented, looking ways for measurable business impact 
• Good understanding of digital marketing communications tactics 
• Fluency both in English and in Finnish
