This role requires skillsets that include installing and configuring computer systems, administrating IT Services, and solving technical/applications problems. This role can also work within first or second-line support, across team/units. Problem-solving mindset is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent in Microsoft O365 services and the ecosystems include Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
• Excellent in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft environment including Microsoft Autopilot, operating systems (OS) imaging techniques and perform hardware software setup/configuration.
• Excellent in managing user Azure Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, groups, and policies.
• Competent with Azure AD (AAD) processes and workflow.

• Excellent with JAMF and Microsoft Intune, MacOS and iOS.

• Participate for internal pilot testing activities, perform OS updates and application deployment for enterprise-size environment and evaluate new applications.

• Create, and manage for VMWare virtual machines.

• Provide help and assistance on new fellow onboarding and offboarding, hardware and user account setup.
• Compose, write up and build technical documents for knowledge base.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering/IT Engineer/System Administrator/IT Administrator/Desktop Support/Tech Support and equivalent role is required.
• 3+ years hands on experience with managing/administering Windows systems.
• Experience in virtualization/container (VMWare, etc).
• Experience in any IT Ticketing systems with ITIL processes and orientation.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Bonus points

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years JAMF and Intune experience is a plus.
• Certification in Microsoft and Linux is a plus.
