We are developing one of the leading financial management software in the market called Procountor. A Test Automation Engineer is a vital part of ensuring the Procountor software releases are of top quality in terms of defects or bugs. Our TA Engineers are responsible for the usefulness and effectiveness of automated tests. They ensure the availability of test results and monitor test coverage. They are in charge of automation testing feedback loops. A TA Engineer works closely with manual testing experts - QA Engineers - to identify test scenarios for automation needs. They also design, maintain, execute and develop automated tests, and improve the test frameworks as needed. 

You will be working for our backbone functions in Regression Testing and Test Automation Team, and your focus will be on test automation. You will also get to work in collaboration with 20 other QA Engineers. Most of your team is located at our headquartes in Espoo, but are other locations are in Turku, Tampere, Oulu and Jyväskylä. We work with a flexible hybrid model.  

• Good problem solving skills, co-operation and communication skills 
• At least a few years of coding experience, preferably with Java 
• Test designing and data analyzing  
• Tools such as Java, JBehave, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA, Confluence among many others – tell us more about your stack in your CV! 
• Ability to work fluently in both spoken and written English. Finnish language skills are appreciated, but not mandatory. 

• Our key technologies include Azure, MySQL, JUnit, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, Kubernetes, Zalenium/Selenium grid, Ansible and Git. Our core codebase is mostly written in Java, in Machine Learning team we use Python. We use the open-source Vaadin framework for providing a beautiful front-end to the end user
• For UI test automation, we are using Selenium and JBehave Framework. For API testing we are using Postman
