I am Ulf Lindberg and I am leading the Team Group Compliance in Telia IT, CIO Office. We are a great bunch of people helping our CIO and IT Department with many exciting things. Right now we are on the lookout for a Privacy Specialist to join our team and achieve common goals together.
 

Your next challenge?
You will always focus on the Customers' privacy and make sure that we protect their personal data in all our IT Systems and in Telia Company. You will be part of our end-to-end privacy by design processes, and you will help our System and Product owners to document why, where, and how we process personal data according to our internal workflows as well as the relevant privacy laws.

Your daily activities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Helping stakeholders to fill in a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), including a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA).

• Provide an assessment result based on the analyzed information.

• Supporting stakeholders to complete a Privacy mapping for the systems they are responsible for.

• Answering ad hoc privacy inquiries.

We are primarily looking for people with the right attitude and ability to accept responsibility for protecting our Customers' personal data. That will ultimately be more important than experience with the exact elements of the stack. What we really want is a person who would look at the area and think, “Sure, that looks interesting. I bet I can figure all that out and develop myself, my colleagues and our way of working”.

Your Experience:

• IT Development and Operations

• You have an experience in a Privacy role OR within IT for at least 2 years

• General knowledge about process documentation and/or data governance

• Working with compliance and/or GDPR

• Experience with multiple and complex web projects

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 2 604 Eur (gross) to 3 907 Eur (gross) monthly (this is a reference range; the exact salary will depend on your competencies).
