I am Mattias Skoog, and I am leading the unit Agile PMO, Service Integration & Management. My unit works across Product Area IT Services and is responsible for running & implementing lean-agile ways working, managing product development activities as well as service management practices. You will be involved in both execution activities and improving ways of working:

• Implement Telia Way of Working across PA IT Service’s product units

• Coach leaders and individuals in lean-agile practices and mindsets

• Facilitate and support Agile Release Train events and processes

• Coach teams in delivering value and drive relentless improvements

• Improve the flow of value by improving and assessing our DevSecOps and Release on Demand competency

• Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, and help manage risk

• Work with the rest of our agile PMO on program execution and operational excellence

Is this you?

You have a passion for customers, technology, and leadership. You have extensive agile coach experience within software development and have worked in SAFe structures in other companies. You have a good understanding of Telecom area. You also have experience from agile product & IT development and operations – from planning and design to development and deployment. Leading complex product/IT development is something that excites you and you excel in building strong stakeholder relationships. 

As a person you are used to fast changing environments and keeping things together. You have a genuine interest and ability to translate customer needs and business targets into product development requirements and vice versa. You are:

• Customer-focused

• Analytical with a problem-solving mindset and not afraid to “dig in” when needed

• People-oriented and strong in communication and networking skills with the ability to drive strong cross-functional collaboration

• Working together with others to find new ways forward instead of getting stuck
