I am looking for a Business HR Partner/ Global HR Manager to join my burgeoning team to help support a global organisation of highly talented professionals. I – and in the future my team – have the privilege of working with our CFO, CHRO, EVP of Communications, Branding and Marketing, EVP of Corporate Relations and Legal as well as their respective organisations, totalling approximately 1400 professionals in over 50 countries. You will be a member of select functional management teams, balancing operational hands-on work and planning and implementing strategic initiatives, such as:

  • Organisational design, including managing and co-ordinating organizational changes globally
  • Workforce planning, including reporting and data-based workforce insights
  • Capability development, including planning and co-ordinating leadership and talent development initiatives
  • Coaching our leaders, including ensuring impactful annual people process implementation

You will succeed in this role when:

  • You have diverse HR generalist experience from an expert/ specialist organisation in a global setting
  • You are analytically minded and good at grasping what is essential for the realisation of our targets
  • You are effective in cross-organisation and cross-country collaboration and networking
  • You have experience in running projects efficiently
  • You are comfortable with giving constructive feedback
  • You are an effective influencer and quick to adapt to changing circumstances
  • You possess a relevant academic background
  • You speak fluent English

Preferred locations for this permanent position are our Wärtsilä locations in Finland (Helsinki, Turku or Vaasa).
