My name is Henry Ahveninen, and I am leading Customer Service team. My team has some of the most talented people in our field, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Together we are looking for Customer Service Specialist to join our awesome team in Helsinki or Lahti.

We are strengthening our ranks as business is growing. Our team goal is to give the customer best B2B - service experience. In the role of Customer service Specialist, your responsibilities are customer support to our customer environments through phone, emails, chat or through ServiceNow. You can handle even difficult customer situations independently. Tasks include enriching incoming service requests and escalating them if necessary. The topics of support requests mainly concern problem situations related to ordering or invoicing but can also accommodate diverse requests related to Device-as-a-Service and software licenses. Work with your team, other divisions, and departments in a positive manner to resolve challenges of our customers.

Is this you?

You are a determined customer service professional by nature with a positive attitude and good social skills. You have extensive experience in various customer encounters and handling service requests. You have good communication skills in Finnish and in English. Our main working language is Finnish.
 

Your important qualities are curiosity and a desire to learn new things, develop and discuss with co-workers, customers, and stakeholders. You know how B2B customer service works and possibly you have also looked at the world from the perspective of a buyer of services. You will be able to think about things from many different perspectives to achieve the best result.
 

You’re also used to the fact that your everyday life can be hectic at times. You know how to act proactively and proactively, but most of all, you are a team player, and you help your co-workers across team and unit boundaries to achieve our business goals together. With your collaboration skills, you will create a high-performance culture and be able to work smoothly with different stakeholders.

Your Experience

  • Experience in B2B Customer Service

  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish & English

  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 – product family

  • Positive attitude and capability to work under pressure

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Interest and knowledge in mobile & IT – Devices.

  • Desire to develop customer service

  • Experience in handling complaints

  • Previous experience from Account management is a plus

  • ITIL certification is a plus
