This position is in our Global ERP Center of Excellence, ERP Platform Services team. Together with our excellent team of SAP professionals and business you will jointly ensure that testing in our projects is successful, and our testing processes are in shape and best practises are followed.

Main responsibilities as an SAP Test Manager:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our tools and processes for SAP Test Management. You will have a big role in our SAP S/4HANA journey and other projects in the test management area. Furthermore, you will be part of Change and Release Management process, securing our scheduled releases together with our Release Manager and other colleagues.

Your tasks include among other:

• Develop and maintain our Test Strategy and Concept.
• Support projects in planning and executing test management.
• Act as Test Manager in nominated projects.
• Lead automation activities for our SAP test cases.
• Secure regression test scope is up to date.
• Lead development of our Test Management tools such as SAP Solution Manager Test Suite.
• Develop and maintain technical aspects of SAP Solution Documentation, Focused Build, Test Suite and Test Automation to secure an integrated process for improved development quality.
• Explore new possibilities to optimise processes and toolset for SAP testing.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and collect best practices for test management processes and tools.
• Assess and implement synergies from process automation in test automation.
• Participate and develop our Change Management Process together with the Release team.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience of test management, especially in SAP development and projects.
• Experience in test automation tools (e.g. UiPath) and vision how to use them in an SAP environment.
• Functional and technical experience of Test Suite, Test Automation, ChaRM, Focused Build and Solution Documentation in SAP Solution Manager, knowledge of other modules seen as an advantage.
• It’s a plus if you have already experience in planning the test strategy in an SAP S/4HANA project.
• Knowledge of Change and Release Management processes.
• Good team working and leadership skills, ability to handle coordinate the work of large groups in big projects.
• Proactive, development-minded, and goal-focused attitude to work.
• Fluent written and spoken English, ability to communicate complex to non-IT stakeholders.
• Design thinking, experience from Service Design is a plus, key is the ability to transform requirements into solution proposals.
• Very good documentation, visualization, and presentation skills.
• IT service management skills seen as advantage (vendor management, change management, continuous service improvement, development, and operations).
• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering.

Possible locations for this position are our IM locations in Finland (Helsinki/Vaasa/Turku) with hybrid remote work possibilities.
