What is your superpower as a developer? Do you want to know what is ours?  

Firstly, we subscribe to a DevOps mindset and work hard to streamline our Continuous Integration pipeline to make everyday development and maintenance as smooth and fast as possible. We believe in agile processes and continuous improvement! And our superpower? It is the people, of course! 

This is a new position in our product development function, and we are looking for an experienced mobile development professional to join our team of experts! In this position, you will be: 

• Working together with internal stakeholders and external resources to launch a new mobile application for Procountor 
• Assuming ownership of the delivery of the new application 
• Building a team for the new application’s future development and maintenance 
• Responsible for full product lifecycle management of the new app 

You will be working with external consultants and over time, you will be able to build a new team around you.  

You will be focusing on our new mobile application, initially for our product Procountor. First phase functionalities will involve receipt scanning, MFA, travel claims, invoice and payments approval flows to name a few. We see a growing need for more extensive mobile functionalities, and we will eventually develop the functionalities a lot further down the road! 

We work in a flexible hybrid model. Our headquarters is in Espoo (Keilaniemi), and we hope that you are able to come to the office from time to time. Your closest colleagues are working at our Espoo and Tampere offices, but we have offices also in Turku, Jyväskylä and Oulu. Our internal language is English.  

• Relevant working experience of 4+ years 
• Understanding of mobile architecture and modern mobile technologies 
• Experience of leading or coaching a team in a manager or lead position 
• Project management experience is seen as a big plus 
• You are a true team player mentality with the willingness to share knowledge with colleagues  
• Fluent English, written and spoken
