Telia Company Group IT is looking for the Head of Enterprise Services. Reporting to Group CIO.

We are on a journey aiming at creating an outstanding customer experience utilizing our target architecture based on latest technology. We are driving radical IT system simplification, implementing new agile and efficient ways of working.

Enterprise Services is one of the domains in IT, responsible for corporate business systems support and End User Technology and Services. Unit sizing 200+ internal employees and 200+ offshore, 20.000 end-users. Stakeholders are on CFO, CPO, COO, CSO level. This requires an excellent business acumen, deep IT technology understanding, solid communication, and execution skills as combined with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and people.

What do we expect from the role:

• Define Strategy and Roadmap for the Enterprise Services area

• Be IT accountable for strategic domain deliveries

• Drive continuous department efficiency within agreed financial frames

• Drive transformative in SAP and Workday centric initiatives within Supply Chain Management, Finance and HR domains

• Own Digital Employee Experience transformation covering both modern workplace and modern service desk functions, based on Microsoft product portfolio

• Support internal workflow tool consolidation (Atlassian) to enable Telia WoW transformation

• Have solid experience in Cloud adoption and DevOps implementation

• Demonstrate continuous improvement mind-set while driving operational excellence

• Be accountable for production quality and stakeholder satisfaction

• Inspiring leadership to lead senior management towards success

For candidates from other countries, local ranges will apply. The range for this position is EUR 10 759,00 to 16 139,00 EUR Monthly.
