The main responsibility in the role is to produce high-quality customer understanding to achieve Elisa's business goals. Themaincriteriafor our team's success are the quality of customer understanding and its utilization in business decisions.

You work together with the Metrics & Insights team and the Data & Analytics team, producing customer value data, andyourfocus is analyzing and connecting it to other data sources. You’lldo continuous, versatile analysis with comprehensive data and examine the results with data and analytics tools to develop our customer understanding. You’llalso cooperate with our various businesses and concretize the results of analyzes and lead measures based on them.

What we expect from you:

• Several years of work experience in data analytics.
• Solid experience in customer research and various data-based statistical analysis methods.
• Passion for customer understanding and driving business improvements.
• Data literacy.Proficiency instatisticalanalytics and databases;SQL. Experience in any of the following helps you in getting your work done: Python, R,SAS, andPower BI.
• Ability to present findings to the top management and business owners, good interactive skills.
• Master's degree ine.g.,data science, economics,statistics,or equivalent.
• Fluent proficiency in English (Finnish is a plus).
