Job Description

We are searching for a wireless system specialist to join our Channel Emulation Solutions team.
 

• Work as part of Keysight R&D team for test solution development for 5G and beyond applications
• Identify test strategies for wireless system performance testing, define and implement test system functionalities and test cases for global market leading wireless chipset, device and network equipment manufacturers and operators
• Customer use case and test system requirement breakdown and specification for various test solutions for BS/UE/Chipset testing

Job Qualifications

Required skills

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with studies in wireless communication systems
• Experience in wireless system performance simulation or testing
• Solid understanding of wireless communications fundamentals and (L1-L3) protocol aspects and beamforming procedures

• Basic understanding on RF signal propagation and channel modeling theories
• Fluency in Matlab environment usage and practical coding experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable skills

• Basics of satellite communications
• Experience on RF-measurements and wireless Over-the-Air (OTA) testing
• Knowledge on antenna fundamentals and beamforming operation
• C/C++ programming
