We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join the WithSecure Marketing team to transform our data into insights to accelerate our growth by improving our understanding of our growth drivers. As our Marketing Data Analyst, you are our global point of contact for marketing organization for all business analytics-related questions. Your main responsibility is to develop and execute a data management vision that unifies marketing performance data and delivers actionable insights for better decision-making.

What you'll do?

  • Create marketing performance reports based on data from a range of sources and platforms, visualized in easy and accessible dashboards
  • Follow up on KPIs for website analytics, marketing programs and overall marketing funnel
  • Generate and present data-driven insights to Marketing leadership and the rest of the Marketing organization to support decision-making
  • Drive development initiatives focusing on improved analytics processes, new reporting approaches, data pipeline improvements and new tools and dashboards
  • Own ETL/ELT pipeline for marketing analytics data, by connecting different data sources to our marketing data warehouse (Google BigQuery), transform and visualize the data in Google Looker Studio or Tableau reports. Datasets may come from tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, ad platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data lake/pipeline, and other marketing tools
  • Maintain website tracking stack (we use Client-side GTM and server-side GTM) by defining and updating events, variables, tags, triggers and datalayer object that reflect current and future website structure and marketing stakeholders needs
  • Understand and maintain adequate cookie consent for our websites using Tag Manager and our CMP (OneTrust)
  • Support the web team in website tracking implementation, debugging, A/B Testing and personalization
  • Assist marketing stakeholders in CRM-related requests e.g., reports, budget insertion, CRM data hygiene, campaign creation and be the link between the marketing organization and business intelligence team
  • Consult the organization on feasible data models, pipeline, structures and processes

What are we looking for?

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of online marketing
  • Experience in working with web analytics tools and data warehouse
  • Experience in Google Analytics 4 and understanding BigQuery GA4 schema are a big plus
  • Working experience in tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking and JavaScript)
  • Ability to use BI and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Excel and Tableau
  • Experience in using connectors and ETL tools such as Supermetrics and Fivetran
  • Working experience in SQL and running queries (JOIN clauses) that combine different data sources
  • Working experience in Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
  • Experience in A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in ELT platforms such as dBT and Dataform are a big plus
  • Salesforce CRM experience and/or certification are a plus
  • An avid tech lover who constantly maintains strong awareness of industry trends and marketing data analytics best practices
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality, the capability to prioritize tasks on the go and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken (the company language is English)
